Mental Health at Work program

Mental health is an important and often unaddressed part of a workplace. The U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) is putting forward resources and information in a campaign called Mental Health at Work. This effort will help teach workers what their rights are and employers what they are required to do by law.

New video

The DOL has put out a new video public service announcement (PSA) as part of its “Mental Health at Work” effort. This video features Acting Secretary of Labor Julie A. Su, employers, workers and other leaders. They talk about the DOL’s program and why addressing mental health at work is important.

Looking for help?

The DOL has a website dedicated to the “Mental Health at Work” effort where you can see more resources and learn about what your rights are. This site offers resources for employers, workers, and others to create supportive workplaces that make mental health a priority.
