This U.S. Department of Labor Office of Disability Employment Policy (ODEP) has a new resource: Helping Workers with Disabilities Get Ahead Through Good Jobs: A Toolkit of Practical Strategies. The toolkit covers how to recruit, hire, keep, and promote workers with disabilities in good jobs in construction, manufacturing, and clean energy. While it is geared toward these industries, it can also benefit public and private organizations across a wide range of sectors and sizes. It also has information for federal contractors.
