The 10th annual Interagency Accessibility Forum (IAAF) is happening from November 7 to 9, 2023. It will be both online and in-person. The U.S. Access Board, General Services Administration (GSA), Department of Veterans Affairs, and FDIC are hosting this event.
The forum’s theme is “Beyond Compliance: Building a Culture of Digital Accessibility.” There will be workshops, talks, and a place where you can check out things accessibility products and services.
This forum is for people who work for the government and are in charge of making sure things are accessible. This includes folks like software developers, designers, project managers, leaders, and more. This is a good chance to learn how to make digital things easy for everyone, as required by Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act.
The event is free to attend, but if you want to be there in person, you need to register by October 31. If you prefer to join online, you must register by November 6.
