The Partnership on Employment & Accessible Technology has a new resource, the AI & Disability Inclusion Toolkit.
It provides information for businesses including:
- How artificial intelligence (AI) works,
- How it is being used for employment-related purposes, such as screening job applicants and monitoring employee actions,
- The risks of discriminating against people with disabilities and other protected classes that may happen when using AI, and
- How to encourage inclusion as AI is used in an organization.
