The U.S. Department of Labor Office of Disability Employment Policy (ODEP) announced this year’s National Disability Employment Awareness Month (NDEAM) theme: “Access to Jobs for All.”
NDEAM is observed each October to celebrate the contributions of America’s workers with disabilities and highlight inclusive workplace policies that benefit both employers and employees.
